3 years after corrective action mandated, Shiprock Chapter still noncompliant

WINDOW ROCK — Nearly three years after a corrective action plan was approved for Shiprock Chapter by the 21st Navajo Nation Council Budget and Finance Committee in May 2008, only one of 19 corrective measures has been implemented.
